Short Description	Implement an easy way to change equipment skins with costs in items, money, gold, CPT, PVP points, processing points, hunting points, gold points, or cash points.

• When changing skin, you would require to pay "money" and "item", but when reverting back, the "item" will be refunded.

• You cant have duplicate result_item_code

• required_equals_stats = automatically check equipment stats at server start to avoid accidentally making a skinned item that has more/less stats than an without skin item

• Dont forget after running zone, copy Transmog.edf and put into client\DataTable\Transmog.edf

• If you want to change regarding of wordings, you can edit client\DataTable\en-gb\transmog.ini

To implement the BUTTON, you can edit the script ItemCombine.dat > ButtonIds (tab)
